I’ve been feeling kind of stuck lately — like I’m going through the motions but not really understanding what I want or how to make better decisions for myself. I know therapy is one route, but I was wondering… are there any tools or apps out there that are actually good for self-reflection and emotional growth? Something that doesn’t feel fluffy or generic?
