What’s the best way to promote a Swedish-language mobile app?

I developed a budgeting app in Swedish for students and young adults. Reviews from friends are positive, but when I search for “budget app Sverige” or similar terms, my app is nowhere to be found. I’ve done ASO and posted on Reddit, but visibility is still low. Someone suggested posting app reviews or tutorials on Swedish blogs to gain backlinks. Does that really impact app rankings or is it just for websites?
