Need a faster way to approve purchase orders

Hey all,I manage multiple projects, and one of the recurring bottlenecks is getting purchase orders approved quickly. Our current process involves chasing emails and waiting days for signatures, which ends up delaying procurement and pushing back timelines.

Is there a tool or system that allows for faster PO approvals—preferably something that can be integrated into platforms like Microsoft Teams or similar? I'd love to hear what others are using to speed this up without adding extra admin work.
