It's the fifth pre-release build of Windows 10 dubbed Redstone 5 as part of the Windows 10 April 2018 Update; it is the first of the Redstone 5 branch of Windows 10 to have gone public. It is the final version of Windows 10 for the regular consumer.
If you do not previously have any Windows 10 installed on your computer, you will be prompted to download the free installer ISO file for when you install the Windows application. Additionally, if you are upgrading from Windows 7 or 8, you must also use the free ISO or the upgrade will not succeed. The free ISO files are on the Microsoft Download Center
You will need a fast internet connection and a relatively recent version of hardware capable of running a 64-bit version of Windows 10; if you currently have a 32-bit version of Windows installed, you will need to upgrade to a 64-bit version of Windows.
If you choose to use this ISO as a build-in ISO, you’ll find this ISO in the Applications > Test > Windows 10 Apps > Test > External > Internal or Apps > Test > Windows 10 apps > Test > Flags > Internal menu.
